It was an amazing experience! We took some snacks and picnic stuff there, really enjoyed a whole afternoon with friends taking sky tour and riding slide and simply enjoying the view. It's less than one hour outside Saint Louis, worth it to go!

The sky tour was beautiful 🚠 open air or enclosed the view is gorgeous 🏞 great for all ages and the whole family. At the top the the Aries lodge and dining with a great outdoor terrace and view of the Mississippi River 🚤 There's also a zip line course available as well as an alpine slide coaster ride 🎢 either are fun for all ages. On weekends the lodge hosts live music and has a bar for wine and spirits 🥂🍻 Overall a great stop whenever in the Grafton Illinois area 🦅

Take the Ferry over, you won't regret it! Nice little river town, full of tourist attractions and a few restaurants to eat at. The SkyTour was a fun way to get to the top of the hill. The Gondolas were not open during our trip, only due to heat. Slow ride to the top with great view of Grafton and the River. Best view was on the he way down.

Absolutely stunning views of the Mississippi River and the surrounding area. Got to see lots of vultures flying around and migrating pelicans!! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. We were one of the few groups at aeries today (random Wednesday in November) they slowed down the lift for easy exit. I would definitely recommend the open seats, the view is so much nicer and even on a chillier day the closed gondolas were too warm inside.

We made an unplanned stop while out exploring with family. It was a fabulous time! Definitely made some memories that day. Loads of fun!

Had a great time taking the gondola up to the top, followed by a 4-stretch zipline ride. Last year the zipline had 7 stretches but its down to 4 now due to some technical issues. The zipline folks were very friendly and we had a great time. The ATV ride to the starting point and back was also quite fun. Had beer and appetizers at the restaurant at the top - friendly waitresses and fast service when we went on Black Friday.

Absolutely HATED being forced to ride this ski lift just to visit Aerie's Resort. I regretted getting on it the moment my feet left the ground lol. I did not enjoy one minute of this very long, slow ride. Spent the entire ride trying to sit perfectly still, not looking down or picturing any type of Final Destination movie that I've ever seen in my life haha. I was very thankful that at least it was safe and didn't have any issues the day we rode it. I didn't ride it back down and instead walked on the road. The young staff were friendly and sympathetic to my fear, letting several chairs go by to give me extra time to board. When we called to get more information, the woman on the phone never mentioned that there were days of the week that they do allow parking up there. She also made it sound like walking up the road wasn't allowed but we walked back down during our visit. Aerie's Resort needs to have a second option for transportation such as pay shuttles or paid parking. I would have happily paid to use any other option.

Took a leisurely lift up to do the Zipline canopy tour. The attendants were super cheerful and happy to be there. Good music and the weather was superb.
